The amount of semen a normal man ejaculates is 2~6ml, which is affected by the frequency of daily sexual life. Don't worry about the small amount one or two times, but if it is lower than or does not meet this average standard for a long time, you should pay attention to it, especially low sperm count or even azoospermia may cause male infertility.

Check the vaporization time of semen. When semen is discharged from the body, it will become jelly-like, and will become liquid after a period of time. If semen is not easy to vaporize after 30 minutes, it may be an inflammation of the prostate or sexual organs or other problems.

Pay attention to the smell of semen. Because there are amino metal oxides in the male prostate, healthy semen will release a unique light fishy smell. If other strange smells or peculiar smells appear, you should pay attention and go to the hospital for a physical examination and treatment.

Check the sperm count, which refers to the density of sperm contained in 1 ml of semen. The normal standard value is more than 20 million. If the relative density is too low, it is attributed to lack of sperm. Many symptoms of infertility are caused in this way. Too high a relative density is not necessarily a good thing, because it may reflect the generally low quality of sperm. This requires special tools such as optical microscopes to check.

The sperm motility test is done by a doctor. The test results are generally divided into four levels: A, B, C, and D. Level A indicates good motility and fast sperm motility, while level D indicates weak motility and requires medical treatment.
