Why is the glans itchy? Men must know

1. Penis inflammation

7. Itching

Itching of the skin, anus, scrotum, and groin.

8. Penis inflammation

There is erythema and edema at the urethral opening, itching of the glans penis, and superficial ulcers on the penis.

9. Proliferative erythema

Itchy ulcers, superficial ulcers on the penis, itchy and sticky glans penis.

10. Poliomyelitis

Papules, itching of the glans penis, itching of the anus.

11. Genital candidiasis

There are sticky white spots on the mucous membrane, and local redness, swelling, heat and pain at the vaginal opening.

But in real life, the main reason for glans itching is balanitis. Generally, patients with glans itching are due to bacterial infection, humid climate, and failure to pay attention to their personal hygiene. The infection leads to balanitis, which causes glans itching.
