Abnormal ejaculation in men may be caused by disease

Abnormal ejaculation in men may be caused by disease

Normally, men urinate in a straight stream without any obstruction. However, many men report that their urine splits when they urinate, and they often urinate outside the toilet, which is embarrassing. So, what is the reason for split urine?

Causes of bifurcated urine in men

1. During acute urethritis and acute prostatitis, due to urethral congestion, swelling, and increased secretions, the urethra is affected and bifurcated urination occurs.

2. Urethra stenosis or scarring caused by chronic inflammation. Common cases include recurrent urethritis, which causes scarring of the urethral lining tissue, narrowing of the local urethra, and resulting in poor urination and bifurcated urine.

3. Foreskin is too long, phimosis leads to narrowing of the urethra, and small stones block the urethra, which can also cause bifurcated urine. People with bifurcated urine caused by these reasons should go to the hospital for examination and diagnosis as soon as possible to facilitate timely treatment.

4. Long-term bifurcated urine, which means bifurcated urine whenever urinating, is a pathological condition. It is common in people with urethritis. Due to repeated attacks of inflammation, scarring of part of the urethral lining tissue occurs over a long period of time, causing partial urethral stenosis, resulting in bifurcated urine and difficulty urinating.

Urine splitting can be checked by routine urine examination

Urinalysis is one of the "three routine" items in medical examinations. Many kidney diseases can show proteinuria or formed elements in urine sediment in the early stage. It is also of great reference value for the diagnosis of certain systemic diseases and diseases that affect urine changes in other organs of the body, such as diabetes, blood diseases, liver and gallbladder diseases, and epidemic hemorrhagic fever. At the same time, urine tests can also reflect the treatment effect and prognosis of some diseases. Through this test, the corresponding symptoms can be judged.

What should we pay attention to in routine urine examination?

1. When collecting urine samples, please select a wide-mouth glass bottle that can hold more than 20 ml and make sure to clean it before use.

2. It is best to collect the first urine sample in the morning for testing. When collecting urine, it is best to urinate some urine before collecting it.

3. Female patients are generally not advised to take urine for examination during menstruation.
