practice:

2. Put water in the pot, add ginger slices, cooking wine, salt, and green onions, bring to a boil, then add the squid;

3.Blanch until rolled up, take out and drain the water;

4. Prepare the Gongbao sauce, sugar, vinegar and salt in the ratio of 4:3:1, add 2 spoons of cooking wine, 1 spoon of soy sauce, and a small amount of water starch and mix well;

5. Add dried chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns, sauté until fragrant, then add sliced ​​ginger and garlic, drained squid rolls and celery;

6. Pour in the prepared Gong Bao juice and water starch mixture;

7. Stir-fry over high heat until the sauce is reduced, pour in the peeled and crispy peanuts, and stir-fry evenly.

Squid rolls in tomato sauce

Ingredients: squid, green pepper, tomato sauce, sugar

practice:

1. Remove the cartilage from the squid, peel off the skin, cut it open, clean it, cut it into pieces of appropriate size and set aside;

2. Bring water to a boil and add the chopped squid;

3. When you see the squid curl up, pour it into a basket immediately to drain the water;

4. Cut the green and red peppers into diamond-shaped pieces, and mince the green onions and ginger;

5. Heat corn oil in a wok, add chopped green onion and ginger and stir-fry;

6. Add tomato sauce and sugar and stir-fry;

Ingredients: squid, leek, green pepper, red pepper

1. Wash the squid, cut it in half, cut a cross pattern on the inside, and then cut it into pieces for later use;

2. Wash the chives and peppers, cut the chives into sections, and cut the peppers into rings for later use;

3. Heat the oil pan, add ginger slices and chili rings and sauté until fragrant;
