Causes of turbidity

This disease is mostly caused by eating too much, liking to eat alcohol, fat and sweet food, brewing dampness and heat, and stagnation in the lower jiao; or due to external dampness and heat evil, which accumulates in the lower jiao; or due to the reckless movement of the fire, the wish is not fulfilled, or it is forced to hold back, or it is blocked and interrupted, the kidney fire is stagnant and does not disperse, and the displaced essence turns into white turbidity; or excessive sexual intercourse, which exhausts the essence, the essence chamber is empty, and dampness and heat invade from the essence channel. Dampness and heat stagnate, and qi and blood stagnate; if the disease lasts for a long time, the fire will damage the kidney yin, and the kidney yin will be consumed secretly, and the symptoms of yin deficiency and fire excess may appear; there are also people with yang deficiency in their constitution, and the fire will weaken over time, and it is easy to see the signs of kidney yang deficiency.

Early symptoms of semen turbidity

1. Acute semen turbidity

The disease develops suddenly and may be accompanied by fever, chills, pain in the lumbar and perineal regions, frequent urination, painful urination, and rectal irritation. Urinary retention often occurs when abscesses form.

2. Chronic semen turbidity

Clinical manifestations vary. The main symptoms are frequent urination, discomfort during urination, burning sensation, feeling of incomplete urination, or a small amount of white turbidity dripping out of the urethra at the end of urination or when straining during defecation. Even when not urinating or defecating, white turbidity may overflow on its own. It may be accompanied by dull pain and discomfort in the testicles, spermatic cord, perineum, and lumbar sacral region, which may sometimes be pulled to the pubic bone, penis, and inner thigh. Long-term patients may experience dizziness, fatigue, soreness of the waist and knees, sexual dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and impotence.
