Testicular Cooling and Moisturizing

When encountering cold and damp weather or hot summer seasons, many men will experience discomfort, such as testicular dampness, which is an external manifestation of internal dampness and heat in the body, causing coldness and infection of the male reproductive organs. Patients need to receive prompt treatment according to the cause of testicular dampness, otherwise other urinary system symptoms are likely to occur. So what is the cause of testicular dampness? Let's take a look below!

1Treatment of wet and cold testicles

1. Scrotal dampness can be caused by many reasons, such as urinary tract infection, eczema, some sexually transmitted diseases, and wearing tight underwear with poor ventilation. These scrotal dampness are not necessarily psychological distortion, so if there is no other discomfort, just pay attention to local cleaning and drying. Usually pay attention to light food, eat less cold food, and eat less spicy food. However, general scrotal dampness may be related to prostate disease. It is recommended that you take the initiative to do a prostate examination to clarify the actual condition and pay attention to medication. Scrotal dampness is attributed to cold and dampness in traditional Chinese medicine. It is recommended to go to the hospital for outpatient examination. The doctor will give you a detailed examination and, based on the test results, help analyze and confirm the diagnosis, and clearly propose a sound and accurate treatment plan.

2. Scrotal dampness and premature ejaculation are the main manifestations of prostatitis. It is recommended to use traditional Chinese medicines such as Cuscuta, Eucommia, Morinda officinalis, black mulberry, mulberry fruit, hedgehog skin, etc. for combined treatment. Some should be applied with Wuji ointment or Likang liquid. It is necessary to change underwear and take a bath frequently. Pay attention to hygiene. It is best to use a combination of Chinese and Western treatment methods, first use antibiotics for 7-14 days, and then use Chinese medicine to promote treatment. Do not eat irritating foods, do not smoke or drink, and have regular sex.

3. Scrotal dampness means that there is no change in the surface of the scrotal skin, but you feel sweating, dampness or chills and other abnormal sensations. Dampness is common in: prostatitis, urethral infection, eczema, etc., as well as tight clothing and poorly breathable underwear. If there is no discomfort, you can pay attention to local cleaning and drying, which will gradually heal. This is considered to be an inflammation. It is recommended not to take medicine casually. You can go to the hospital for a physical examination and diagnosis, and then receive targeted treatment, which can be cured.

2What is the cause of wet testicles?

The water cannot be absorbed well, and some of it leaves the intestines. People with spleen deficiency often have loose stools, and people with spleen deficiency are prone to dampness and coldness in the scrotum. These are all caused by poor water absorption and spleen deficiency.

Dampness and heat in the lower part of the body may be caused by imbalance of the internal organs, or by the natural climate, or by an unclean diet or a diet that is not properly adjusted. For example, people who love to drink and eat spicy food often have very cold and dampness, and their mouths are covered with thick and greasy moss, and their urine is sticky and yellow. This often leads to dampness in the scrotum. It is related to his diet, and of course to the climate. It is often rainy and cold, and the temperature is cold and damp. People with spleen deficiency will have dampness in the scrotum.

Testicular moisture is very harmful and can reduce the male prostate's ability to hold back sperm and cause the patient to urinate more frequently and urgently. Scrotal moisture is caused by an increase in testicular temperature, which is not conducive to the production of sperm in the testicles, further reducing the conversion of male hormones and causing a decrease in male sexual desire. Long-term scrotal moisture may lead to diabetes, testicular cancer and other diseases, and should be taken seriously.

3Why do male testicles always get wet?

Scrotal moisture is a symptom. It cannot be said to be a certain disease. It is more meaningful only in some diseases. What problems can a simple scrotal moisture indicate? If there are no other symptoms, such as prostate disease, erectile dysfunction, etc., it is a simple scrotal moisture.

There may be several types of conditions: From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, the first type is what we call spleen deficiency and dampness. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the metabolism of water and moisture in the human body is mainly three internal organs, the first is the lung, the second is the spleen, and the third is the kidney. Some people with spleen deficiency have spleen deficiency because the spleen blocks digestion and absorption. Traditional Chinese medicine says that the function of the spleen is to manage digestion. After a person eats, food and water are also transmitted to every part of the human body through the spleen. Therefore, if the spleen function is not good, why is the spleen function not good? There is a congenital aspect, such as the genetic inheritance of the father and mother, the spleen function is a little weak.

The second type is acquired imbalance, such as acquired physical condition, frequent illness, poor diet, or other reasons. When the spleen function is not good, the digestion and absorption function is not good, and it cannot moisten. We say that the spleen can moisten. The water cannot be absorbed, and some of it leaves the intestines. People with spleen deficiency often have diarrhea, and some people with spleen deficiency are prone to dampness and coldness in the scrotum. Poor water absorption is caused by spleen deficiency.

4What is the disease of male testicular moistness?

1. Simple lichen scrotum

It is scrotal neurodermatitis. Its characteristics are that the skin itches, thickens, enlarges and thickens, but does not infiltrate fluid. The history of the disease is usually long and recurrent and cannot be cured.

The treatment method is similar to that of scrotal eczema, which is to take oral anti-allergic drugs such as chlorpheniramine and diphenhydramine, and apply Fuqingsong and Sanjiu Piyanping ointments to the affected areas 1-2 times a day.

2. Scrotal ringworm

It is a skin disease caused by fungal infection, which is often associated with tinea pedis in other parts of the patient. The skin of the scrotum becomes red, with papules or blisters, which then become flaky. The affected area often presents an annular lesion and is extremely itchy.

The prevention method is that acne patients should apply anti-tick ointments such as Dakning Cream, Pikangwang and Kemeitao Cream, New Beriberi Cream, etc. (strongly irritating beriberi ointments are not suitable for use), and also treat beriberi in other parts of the human body such as tinea manuum, tinea pedis, tinea cruris, etc. to prevent reinfection after recovery.

3. Riboflavin deficiency scrotitis

It is common in men who have long-term consumption of refined white rice, refined white flour, or long-term diarrhea, constipation, poor appetite or picky eating. The specific manifestations are: the scrotum is red and shiny at the beginning, and then dark red patches appear on both sides of the scrotum, with dandruff on them. Soon, several soybean-sized flat papules may appear, with varying degrees of itching, often combined with angular cheilitis and glossitis. Taking vitamin B2 tablets can significantly improve the symptoms.

5 What to do if a man has wet testicles

A damp and cold office environment, external irritation, cold, heat, excessive sweating, excessive scratching, tight underwear, friction with foreign objects, wearing underwear made of chemical fibers, etc. can all cause testicular moisture in boys. If the following aspects can be guaranteed, the discomfort caused by scrotal moisture may be alleviated:

1. The habit of taking a bath or cleaning the scrotum every day.

2. Do not wear tight pants, especially underwear made of chemical fibers.

3. The nutritional content is effective and can prevent obesity. Otherwise, due to excessive nutrients and excess heat production, the amount of scrotal sweat will be increased significantly.

4. Quit smoking, drinking and eating less irritating food to prevent the dilation of scrotal skin capillaries and increase sweating.
