Why does a man's waist ache?

Men's lower body weakness and back pain not only cause great harm to the body, but also seriously affect our work and life. Many men will ask what causes back pain and what diseases it is related to. Today we have invited experts in this field to talk to you about what causes back pain in men and whether we need to go to the hospital for treatment.

Low back pain is a common clinical symptom. Prostatitis, kidney and kidney-related diseases are common causes of low back pain. When men have long-term low back pain, they need to pay attention to it, as it is often caused by pathological factors. When the prostate, kidney capsule, renal pelvis, and ureter are stimulated or tension increases, they can cause low back pain. Lower urinary tract infection generally does not cause low back pain.

Some pain may only manifest as soreness and discomfort in the waist. Activities or labor may cause the pain to flare up or worsen. Typical angina pain is severe, like a knife, and often occurs suddenly. The pain radiates to the lower abdomen, groin, or inner thigh. When angina attacks, patients often show pain, curl up, or tighten their abdomen and waist. Attacks usually last for several hours, but some are relieved in a few minutes.

Experts also pointed out that some patients with kidney stones also experience renal colic in clinical practice. In severe cases, the patient will have pale complexion, cold sweat all over the body, abdominal distension, and constipation. When colic attacks, the urine volume decreases; after the colic is relieved, polyuria occurs. Hematuria is another symptom of kidney stones, which is often microscopic hematuria, but can also be manifested as hematuria.

When men have long-term lower back pain, we should also note that it is also related to the prostate, because if prostatitis is not treated in time, it can spread and affect other parts of the body, including lower back pain in men.

From the above simple descriptions, we can see that if men have back pain, it is inseparable from the abnormality of the urinary system or kidneys. We must pay attention to it and go to the hospital to find out the cause as soon as possible. In addition, some male friends will also experience back pain if they sit or stand for a long time due to work. They need to get up and move around frequently to relieve the back pain.
