4) Trichomonas balanoposthitis: papules and small red spots on the glans glans gradually expand with clear edges. Small blisters the size of a needle can be seen on the erythema, and finally an erosive surface is formed. Balanoposthitis can cause many kinds of harm and should not be ignored. It is recommended to go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible to find out the cause and treat it.
