What are the symptoms of male infertility?

Among infertile couples, it is not only the wife's fault. Many problems of the man himself can also lead to infertility. For example, painful ejaculation, low sperm count, or hematospermia and impotence and premature ejaculation may all be symptoms of infertility.

1. White turbidity:

Turbidity refers to semen mixed in male urine, or semen-like substance after urination.

2. Pain during ejaculation

Painful ejaculation, difficulty urinating, etc.

3. Azoospermia:

It includes obstructive azoospermia and non-obstructive azoospermia. Obstructive azoospermia can be caused by infection or congenital spermatic cord deficiency. Non-obstructive azoospermia can cause male infertility due to congenital chromosomal abnormalities, cryptorchidism, mumps in adolescence, etc.

4. Too few sperm:

Normally, there are at least 20 million sperm per milliliter of semen. If the amount is less than normal, the chance of pregnancy will be reduced.

5. Impotence:

The penis cannot get an erection, or the erection is not strong enough to allow sexual intercourse.

6. Hematospermia:

The semen is pink or contains blood.

7. Physical examination

The examination includes the size, hardness, and elasticity of the testicles, whether the vas deferens is unobstructed, and whether there are any problems with the function of the prostate and seminal vesicles. If no obvious problems are found after these examinations, or if there are some prostatitis or some damage factors, we need to check whether there are any immune factors.

Warm reminder: Although male infertility is very common nowadays and it has many symptoms, it can also be treated very well. This requires male friends to pay more attention to their bodies. If the above situation occurs, go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time, so that the cause can be found and the right medicine can be prescribed, and you can recover soon.
