Introduction to the prevention of chronic prostatitis

Everyone has heard of chronic prostatitis! It is a bacterial or viral infection, or even if there is no infection, it is caused by chronic congestion of the prostate. Most patients are chronic, and they often occur in young people. Generally speaking, they account for more than 30% of patients in urinary and reproductive outpatient clinics. Patients with chronic prostatitis have pain in the anterior genital area, swelling and discomfort; when they are nervous, they have difficulty urinating, or feel like defecating while urinating, etc. So how can we prevent chronic prostatitis if we want to have a healthy body?

1. Sexual life should be regular, avoid masturbation or indulgence. If there is a history of masturbation, you should try to quit, and prevent "holding back semen" during sex. The contraceptive method of interrupting sexual intercourse before ejaculation is extremely unfavorable to the recovery of this disease.

2. Diet: Avoid alcohol, chili peppers, onions, garlic, ginger, coffee, mutton, fatty foods and other irritating or greasy foods, so as to prevent the "heat" of the diet from inducing the disease to worsen or recur; eat more vegetables and light food, and drink more boiled water to increase urine output.

3. Treat possible lesions. Preventing respiratory tract infections, urogenital tract infections, or treating enteritis are important for the prevention and treatment of this disease.

4. Mental state, culture and sports life. Keep a good mood, avoid getting angry, have a regular daily routine, combine work and rest, avoid sitting for long periods of time, and keep bowel movements smooth.

5. Avoid using aphrodisiacs or fire-enhancing drugs. These patients may have lower back pain to varying degrees. Do not simply attribute lower back pain to "kidney deficiency and sperm deficiency." Indiscriminate use of "yang-enhancing" drugs will only aggravate the condition. Treatment should be based on syndrome differentiation.

6. Ensure hygiene. Prostatitis is related to pathogen infection. Keep the genitals clean and dry every day, wash and change underwear frequently, and do not use towels and basins in public places. Have regular physical examinations. Many diseases are not obvious in the early stage and are easily ignored, but that is the best time to treat the disease. People recommend that men go to a regular specialist hospital for a physical examination every six months or a year to detect physical changes in the first place and take the initiative to treat chronic diseases.

We all know how to prevent it! So in daily life, you should pay special attention to your eating habits, develop good habits, and have regular physical examinations. If you feel unwell, you should go to a regular hospital for treatment as soon as possible. The doctor will develop the best treatment plan based on your condition. You should also strengthen your exercise and improve your immunity to reduce the chance of getting sick. I wish you good health!
