The blood of male testis and epididymal cyst flows back through the spermatic vein, which can be divided into three groups. They have branches on the outer ring to communicate with each other. The veins of male testis and epididymal cyst mainly flow back through the spermatic vein plexus. The plexus merges into 2 to 4 veins in the inguinal canal, crosses the internal ring line to the peritoneum to form a vein, which is called the internal spermatic vein. The right internal spermatic vein goes up obliquely to the inferior vena cava; the left one goes into the left renal vein at an oblique angle.

3. Other factors

Retroperitoneal tumors, kidney tumors, hydronephrosis, etc. can compress the spermatic vein and cause symptomatic or secondary spermatic vein varicose vein. Primary varicose veins disappear quickly when lying flat, while secondary varicose veins often do not disappear or disappear slowly.
