Prostate fluid pregnancy probability

Prostate fluid pregnancy probability

Prostatic fluid is the fluid secreted by the prostate. It is a disease that affects men but has no effect on women's pregnancy. Men with this condition will only have a low sperm count but will not suffer from azoospermia. Therefore, men with symptoms of prostatitis should be treated with antibiotics, and they should also relax and adjust their diet to increase the secretion of prostatic fluid. Generally, the conditioning time takes about three months.

In fact, the chance of pregnancy is not high. Because this is a male disease, it needs to be treated. Male infertility can be divided into absolute infertility and relative infertility according to clinical manifestations. The former refers to the complete lack of fertility, such as patients with azoospermia. The latter refers to a certain degree of fertility, but the fertility is lower than the critical value required for pregnancy, such as patients with oligospermia and patients with low sperm motility. So how should prostatitis be dealt with?

1. Be calm and don't be too anxious or worried. Be patient and insist on treatment for infertility. It takes a process for the testicle to produce sperm. Generally, it takes about 74 days for spermatogonia to evolve into sperm. After the sperm is discharged from the testicle, it will take about 18 days for it to mature in the epididymis before it can be discharged from the body.

2. Avoid adverse environmental factors. Many infertility cases are caused by environmental factors that affect the spermatogenic function of the testicles. For example, exposure to radiation, chemical products, heavy metals, and high-temperature operations can quickly damage spermatogenic cells in sensitive people, making it impossible for sperm to be produced. Drinking an average of 250g of strong liquor every day for 2-5 years can also significantly increase the incidence of erectile dysfunction. Caffeine is a harmful substance for spermatogenic cells. Drinking more than 4 cups of coffee a day will affect fertility, so it should be avoided. Similarly, do not drink beverages such as cola and strong tea containing caffeine.

For men, the causes of infertility are nothing more than sexual dysfunction, varicocele, diabetes, prostatitis, orchitis, and diseases of the nervous system that cause low sperm count, dead sperm, weak sperm, and low sperm motility. In addition, congenital absence or damage of the testicles can also cause male infertility.

Can I get pregnant if I have prostatitis?

If you have prostatitis, it will limit the activity of sperm, slow down or inhibit sperm from entering the uterus, fallopian tube and abdomen for fertilization; the increased viscosity of semen will affect the activity and survival rate of sperm, and also affect the ability of sperm to penetrate the cervical fluid; at the same time, the protein dissolving enzyme contained in semen can liquefy the thick cervical fluid to facilitate the passage of sperm. Therefore, prostatitis will affect fertility. Therefore, patients are advised to go to a regular hospital for examination and treatment.

If the sperm is liquefied, it will not flow well, so this is also the reason why the sperm does not liquefy and leads to infertility. Due to its viscosity and many other factors, the sperm itself will also be affected to a certain extent. The shape of the sperm is like a tadpole, which needs to combine with the egg to form an embryo. Therefore, if the sperm itself is affected, on the one hand, it is difficult to form an embryo with the egg, and on the other hand, if it is formed with the egg, it will also have a certain impact on the embryo.

Acidity and alkalinity test. The pH value of normal semen is weakly alkaline, pH7.2-8.0, which is beneficial for neutralizing acidic vaginal secretions. However, if the pH value is less than 7 or greater than 8, it will affect the activity and metabolism of sperm and affect conception.
