Early symptoms of testicular cancer

Early symptoms of testicular cancer

Testicular cancer is a genital disease, mainly caused by excessive sexual intercourse or masturbation. This disease not only affects men's sexual life, but also causes the testicles to be unable to synthesize sperm normally. Therefore, patients should receive timely treatment for the symptoms of testicular cancer. The early symptoms of testicular cancer are testicular pain and swelling, as well as hardness and heaviness of the testicles.

Four major symptoms of early testicular cancer

1. Enlarged testicles

This is the result of the endless proliferation of tumor cells. The shape of the swelling is not uniform, sometimes it is very irregular, and the testicle on the side with the tumor can be particularly enlarged and protruding.

2. Hard testicles

The testicles feel like rocks when touched, and are very hard, which is significantly different from the uniform swelling and soft texture of normal testicular inflammation. Although the testicles are very hard, there is no pain when pressed, which is also different from orchitis.

3. Testicular heaviness

Since testicular tumor is formed by the massive growth of tumor cells, it is a solid mass. After growing to a certain extent, the weight of the testicle increases sharply, and the patient will have a heavy feeling of falling down, and even affect walking. If you hold up the testicle with your hand, it is like holding up a stone, with a certain sense of weight.

4. Light transmission test negative

Generally, when hydrocele is present, the light transmittance of the scrotum and testicles increases, and the light transmittance test is positive. However, when a testicular tumor grows dense and solid, there is no fluid inside, and the light transmittance is greatly weakened.

How to prevent testicular cancer

1. Prevent testicular injury. First, prevent accidental testicular injury in daily life, such as riding a bicycle, and try to reduce the pressure on the testicular area; second, prevent testicular injury during sexual intercourse, avoid intense processes that damage the fragile testicles and lay the foundation for the risk of disease.

2. Keep the testicles clean. When taking a bath, you should pay attention to cleaning the testicles. Even if you don't take a bath, you should always clean the testicles, especially the area covered by the foreskin, to prevent bacteria from growing. Self-examination of testicular diseases. The best time to self-examine is after taking a bath, especially after washing the genitals with warm water. At this time, the skin is soft. Touch the scrotum with your hand. If there is hidden pain, bloating, or obvious asymmetry between the left and right testicles, you should be vigilant and seek medical attention in time. Keep a regular work and rest schedule and avoid contact with polluted air or work. In addition, stay away from radiation machines: for example, computers, induction cookers, microwave ovens, and mobile phones should be kept away from sleeping areas; stay away from noisy places.

3. Eat less food containing ochratoxin A. Ochratoxin is an important carcinogen that can easily induce testicular cancer. It is mainly produced by fungi that grow on grains and coffee beans, so moldy grains should never be eaten. Foods that are grilled, fried, deep-fried, or too greasy are also the root causes of tumors; some foods grown with pesticides and fertilizers should also be avoided. Overnight meals should not be eaten because they contain carcinogenic nitrites. Eat more root foods: such as sweet potatoes and taro grown underground, corn, chestnuts, etc.; meat is mainly white meat, followed by red meat: such as white fish and red pork.

4. Loose boxer briefs are better for preventing testicular abnormalities. Loose and hanging to keep the natural shape of the testicles is the best, so boxer briefs are better than tight briefs and are a good way to prevent testicular abnormalities. Testicular abnormalities should be paid attention to. Office workers who sit for more than 10 hours a day are more likely to get testicular cancer. This is something that testicular abnormalities need special attention!
