Long grains on the glans

Long grains on the glans

The glans is wrapped under the foreskin for a long time, which makes it a sensitive part. Due to the sensitivity of the glans, many men can easily reach orgasm after the glans is stimulated. However, if a man does not pay attention to personal hygiene, it will also cause glans diseases, such as glansitis. At this time, some men will find that small particles grow on the glans for no reason. What are the reasons for the growth of small particles on the glans?

1. If it does not hurt or itch, consider the possibility of pearly rash. Pearly papules are a physiological developmental variation of the human body and may also be related to prepuce hyperplasia. They mainly occur at the junction of the edge of the glans and the coronal sulcus and/or the frenulum. They are obvious on the dorsal side of the glans and may partially or completely surround the glans. The color of the lesions is mostly pearly white, a few are light red and skin-colored, and some may be slightly red and swollen. There is no tenderness, no rupture, and the patient has no conscious symptoms. If you find any problems, please go to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible. After the cause is identified, targeted treatment should be given to avoid delaying the disease. If the foreskin is too long, circumcision should be performed in time. Failure to treat it in time will cause urinary tract infection and affect sexual life and the possibility of infertility. During the treatment period, pay attention to personal hygiene, avoid spicy food and sexual life.

2. If it grows on the edge of the glans, is more uniform, more consistent, neatly arranged, small, papules, or filamentous growths, most of them are penile pearly rashes. It is recommended to go to a regular hospital for examination and symptomatic treatment. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the lower body, take anti-inflammatory drugs appropriately, and avoid spicy, greasy and irritating foods.

3. The growth of a bead on the glans may be caused by balanitis due to excessive foreskin, or it may be caused by too short frenulum. Patients should do daily cleaning and go to a regular hospital for examination to determine the cause and carry out targeted treatment. From the perspective of preventing infection and improving the quality of sexual life, surgery should be performed as soon as possible if the foreskin is too long.
