1. Strict work and rest schedule

2. Exercise more

Doing some appropriate fitness exercises can effectively improve physiological functions, increase the body's respiratory metabolism, speed up the body's circulation, increase the brain's oxygen supply, and relieve sleepiness. For example, strolling, doing exercises, running, and practicing Tai Chi in the morning are very beneficial for invigorating the spirit.

3. Psychological Adjustment

You need to have a positive attitude towards life, make a good life and study plan for yourself every day, and work hard to complete it. It is important to have psychological counseling for problems related to self-esteem and emotional support, especially for those who are sleepy, because they cannot fully realize their potential and may be considered lazy and unwilling to move by their family and peers. In this case, psychological treatment is often used to remove the adverse psychological factors related to the onset of the disease, avoid mental stimulation, and help patients establish a normal life routine.
