Phimosis does not affect function

Phimosis does not affect function

Phimosis is a very common male disease. Simply put, it is the adhesion between the foreskin and the glans penis. Because the penis is a very important reproductive organ and sexual organ for men, once phimosis exists, it will have a great impact. In addition to causing glans inflammation, it will also cause women to suffer from gynecological diseases such as vaginitis, cervicitis, and pelvic inflammatory disease. Therefore, even if phimosis does not affect the function, we should be aware of its harm.

1. Phimosis hinders the development of the penis and affects the harmony of sexual life: Phimosis will affect the growth and development of the penis. During adolescence, the glans penis is tightly covered by the foreskin and cannot receive the proper stimulation from the outside world. The development of the glans penis is greatly restricted, resulting in a significantly smaller circumference of the glans penis crown after the sexual organ matures, affecting sexual pleasure. Adults will have normal sexual life affected by excessive foreskin or phimosis. Especially for men with a small foreskin, the foreskin cannot be restored after turning up, and the foreskin is firmly stuck in the coronal groove, forming an incarcerated foreskin, which is not very painful. In severe cases, the glans penis will become edematous due to poor blood flow, and even glans penis necrosis may occur.

2. Phimosis causes penis inflammation: There are abundant sebaceous glands in the foreskin, which can secrete a large amount of sebum. When the foreskin is phimosis or the foreskin is too long, the secretions of the sebaceous glands in the foreskin cannot be discharged, and the sebum and the sediment in the urine are combined into the cheese-like and smelly "smegma". Smegma is suitable for bacterial growth, so it can cause inflammation of the glans penis and foreskin. The bacteria can also cause urinary tract infection through the urethra. Inflammation occurring at the urethral opening can cause the urethral opening to narrow after healing, resulting in difficulty in urination.

3. Phimosis is also dangerous for causing disease: Phimosis and prepuce may induce penile disease. Phimosis and prepuce not only affect your own health, but also bring smegma into the vagina when you have sex with your wife, stimulating the uterus and inducing cervical disease.

4. Phimosis damages kidney function: Penis inflammation can cause stenosis of the urethra or anterior urethra, resulting in urination difficulties. Long-term urination difficulties will damage kidney function.

Phimosis causes infertility problems in men

Reason 1: Phimosis can easily cause male impotence, premature ejaculation and other sexual dysfunctions. Over time, it can also cause sexual frigidity and loss of interest in sex life, which has a great impact on male fertility. These are the reasons why phimosis affects fertility. In addition, a small foreskin opening can cause difficulty in urination, which can be harmful to the kidneys over a long period of time.

Reason 2: Does phimosis affect fertility? Phimosis hinders the development of the penis, resulting in a small penis or a short penis, which has a great impact on future sexual life, affecting the quality and duration of sexual life, preventing sperm from fully reaching the uterus, and making the woman unable to become pregnant. Therefore, phimosis affects fertility.

Reason three, phimosis can easily cause some urine to remain in the foreskin. Due to the poor self-cleaning mechanism of the glans penis, smegma and balanitis are formed. In severe cases, it can cause foreskin adhesion, resulting in pain during sexual intercourse. Long-term and recurrent balanitis causes ascending urogenital system infection. These are the reasons why phimosis affects fertility, such as urethritis, seminal vesiculitis, epididymitis, prostatitis, etc. The prostate, epididymis, and seminal vesicles are the main secretory glands for sperm production or survival. When inflammation occurs, it affects the quality, motility and survival rate of sperm. Weak sperm and low sperm survival rate will affect fertility.
