If it is not treated in time, it will lead to memory loss, headaches, lack of energy during the day, dizziness, tinnitus, forgetfulness, neurasthenia, etc. Insomnia is caused by emotions, which damage the internal organs. To have a good sleep, you must soothe the liver and purge fire, remove phlegm and clear heat, nourish yin and reduce fire, strengthen the spleen and calm the heart, warm the gallbladder and replenish qi, and replenish the deficiency and purge the excess. Wash the polished rice, put it into a pot, add lotus seeds, longan meat, gorgon fruit and water, cook it into porridge, then add sugar, 1 dose per day. 5. 15 grams of longan meat, 10 grams of wolfberry, 4 red dates, and 100 grams of polished rice. Wash them, add water and cook them into porridge. Take it twice a day (in the morning on an empty stomach and before going to bed at night). Regular use is effective. |
