| Returns, exchanges and refunds | Request a return by email or the online form within 30 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and complete with their accessories and original packaging. Opening the packaging for inspection alone does not make an item ineligible. You pay change-of-mind return shipping; the original delivery charge is not refunded. There is no restocking fee. Contact us promptly about defective, damaged or incorrect items. We cover reasonable return shipping and, where a refund is the remedy, refund the affected price, tax and attributable original shipping. Send authorized returns within 14 calendar days of receiving instructions. We inspect and issue approved refunds to the original payment method within seven working days of receipt; bank processing may take longer. Contact us to arrange an exchange. These terms do not limit non-excludable consumer rights. |

If an unshipped order can still be stopped, we cancel it without a cancellation fee and refund the amounts paid for the entire cancelled unshipped order, including shipping and applicable tax.
