1) Testicular pain and swelling after sex: This may be due to sexual excitement causing high congestion of the genitals and gonads, and strong contraction of the levator testis muscle. Some pain is caused by varicocele or pain radiating from other parts of the body. At this time, the real cause must be carefully identified in order to effectively treat the symptoms.

2) Acute and persistent testicular pain: It is more common in orchitis and injury. In addition to blood infection, the more common cause of orchitis is that bacteria retrograde through the urethra to the epididymis and testicles, causing epididymitis and orchitis. When orchitis is complicated, the testicles are enlarged, and there is also fever, fear of cold, headache, vomiting and lower abdominal pain. The pain of the enlarged testicles should be treated promptly.

3) Chronic and paroxysmal testicular pain: It is more common in prostatitis and varicocele. In patients with chronic disease, the pain is mild, generalized, and radiating. Testicular pain is not necessarily proportional to the severity of inflammation. Some people are highly sensitive to nerves, and mild inflammation can cause severe discomfort; while some people are more delayed and feel that it is mild.
