If there is a worm-like appearance of veins, it is necessary to rule out the possibility of varicocele. Due to the characteristics of the anatomical structure and factors such as male physiological development, the spermatic vein is prone to congestion and dilation, forming a worm-like vein mass, which is called varicocele. After the disease occurs, it manifests as swelling and pulling pain in the scrotum, which is more obvious when standing and moving, and can be alleviated by lying in bed. The most serious harm of varicocele is the impact on male fertility. Men sitting on a soft and comfortable sofa for a long time will compress the scrotum.
