Exercise more often every day, play ball, run, do sit-ups, etc., to improve your physical fitness, maintain a good diet and schedule, eat more protein, and eat more leeks, yam, pork kidneys, wolfberries, fish and shrimps, dog meat, mutton and other foods that are beneficial to replenishing yang (these yang-replenishing foods are only suitable for men, and women are not recommended to eat more); when the body is healthy, that aspect will also be strengthened, if the body is weak, that aspect will not be much better.
