Can I get pregnant if I don't ejaculate?

Sexual contact to meet personal sexual needs is called sex life. In order to improve the satisfaction of sex, many men often do not like to wear condoms during sex, but they are afraid that their sexual partners will get pregnant. Therefore, many men will hold back from ejaculating during sex, and if they really can't help it, they will ejaculate outside the body. So, during sex, will holding back from ejaculating really prevent pregnancy?

As long as a man's penis is inserted into a woman's body, it is impossible not to ejaculate. If the man has strong control, the best he can do is to use external ejaculation for contraception. However, external ejaculation for contraception is not reliable and not easy to master. Often, due to greed for sexual pleasure, the man delays the timing of withdrawal, causing part of the semen to be ejaculated into the vagina, resulting in contraception failure.

During sexual intercourse, before ejaculation, a lot of secretions have already entered the vagina due to excitement. Although it is not semen in the true sense, it cannot be completely guaranteed that there is no sperm in it, especially when continuous sex, the last secretion may be mixed with the semen left over from the previous ejaculation. It is entirely possible that these semens enter the vagina to complete fertilization. On the other hand, during sexual intercourse, both men and women are very excited, and women also have a lot of secretions flowing out. If some of the semen ejaculated outside the body drips near the vaginal opening, it will mix with the vaginal fluid flowing out, and the sperm inside may also swim into the vagina and be fertilized. Moreover, long-term use of this practice of interrupted sexual intercourse may lead to sequelae such as no ejaculation. It is recommended that it is best not to use this contraceptive method.

For contraception, women can take short-acting oral contraceptives and men can use condoms. Both methods are relatively reliable and have no major side effects. Emergency contraceptives cannot be used as a regular contraceptive method as they can easily cause menstrual disorders in women.
