What should I do if sperm is accidentally ejaculated inside?

Some people may ejaculate sperm inside if they are not careful during sex. In this case, they will be particularly afraid of accidental pregnancy. Therefore, in order to avoid this situation, contraceptive measures should be taken. Otherwise, the probability of pregnancy is very high. And if you do not want children, it is best to take contraceptives after sex, but do not take them frequently to avoid side effects.

Pregnancy is possible when sperm and egg combine. Pregnancy is possible when having sex during ovulation. In this case, the possibility of pregnancy is very high. If you do not want children, you can take emergency contraceptive pills within 72 hours after sex. You should take contraceptive measures at ordinary times and do not take emergency contraceptive pills frequently, as the side effects are too great.

Contraceptive principles

Contraceptive pills are divided into two categories: internal and external. The main ingredients of internal contraceptive pills are synthetic estrogen and progesterone, and they are divided into three types according to the duration of contraceptive effect: long-acting, short-acting and rapid-acting (visiting relatives). Contraceptive pills work by inhibiting ovarian ovulation, thickening cervical mucus, interfering with endometrial development, changing fallopian tube peristalsis, inhibiting sperm capacitation, and inhibiting or killing sperm.

Type:

1. Long-acting contraceptive injection

It is a combination of progesterone acetate and megestrol acetate containing estrogen and progesterone. The first injection is on the 5th and 10th-12th day of the menstrual cycle, and then on the 10th day of each menstrual cycle. The progesterone-only contraceptive injection mainly includes medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA), which is injected on the 5th day of menstruation and once every 3 months thereafter. About 2/3 of women have irregular bleeding after using the progesterone-only injection. It can be used for breastfeeding women.

2. Short-acting contraceptive pills

It is easy to take, has reliable contraceptive effects, is harmless to the human body and does not affect future fertility.

How to take: Generally, take the medicine after dinner and before going to bed on the fifth day of menstruation, one tablet a day for 22 consecutive days without interruption. Taking the medicine for one month can prevent pregnancy for one month.

3. Contraceptive pills for visiting relatives

It is suitable for those who stay with relatives for more than 10 consecutive days. It can be taken after sex and is not limited by the menstrual cycle. If the visit lasts more than two weeks, contraceptive pills can be taken instead.

4. Long-acting oral contraceptives

The first dose is one tablet after lunch on the fifth day of menstruation, and the second dose is taken 20 days later. Thereafter, the second dose date is used as the monthly dose date, and one tablet is taken each month.

Notes

Before choosing contraceptive pills, you should go to the hospital for a physical examination to understand whether you are suitable for using contraceptive pills. No matter which contraceptive pill you choose, you must strictly follow the instructions for taking it. Do not change the method of taking and dosage at will, otherwise it will affect the contraceptive effect. Contraceptive pills should be stored in a cool and dry place. If there are children at home, keep them out of their reach.

A small number of women experience nausea, vomiting, dizziness and other reactions after taking birth control pills. You can take short-acting birth control pills after dinner or before bedtime, and long-acting birth control pills after lunch to reduce the reactions.

If vaginal bleeding occurs during medication or menstruation does not come for 3 months, you should go to the hospital to check the cause. Long-acting contraceptives cannot be stopped suddenly. Short-acting contraceptives should be taken for 2-3 menstrual cycles as a transition to avoid irregular vaginal bleeding. Women who take contraceptives for a long time should go to the hospital for regular health checks. If you want to have a child, you should stop taking the medicine for half a year before getting pregnant. It is best to use condoms for contraception during the six months after stopping the medicine.
