Can you hold it in and not cum?

As the level of civilization in today's society gradually improves, primitive things will be covered by more "clothes", and a behavior can only be recognized in the right environment. Sometimes men will control their primitive desires for some reasons, but excessive control may sometimes backfire. Will normal desires that cannot be released harm men's physical health, or will it bring some benefits to the body?

Ejaculation is a complex process that includes erection, ejaculation, ejaculation and orgasm. Erection is due to the swelling and hardening of the penis, and its primary nerve innervation comes from the sacral nerve plexus and the pelvic visceral nerves or erectile nerves. Ejaculation involves collecting semen before ejaculation and transporting it to the prostatic part of the urethra. With the closure of the bladder neck and distal urethral sphincter, the prostatic part of the urethra becomes a reservoir of semen. This will induce ejaculation, that is, the rhythmic ejection of semen through the urethra. The participation of the skeletal muscles of the perineum is essential in this process. Orgasm is a brain-involved, usually pleasurable event and is closely related to ejaculation.

Although many men think that holding back ejaculation can improve sexual ability, this is a good idea, but we should also improve sexual ability according to scientific methods. Holding back ejaculation is harmful to the male body, so it is not advisable. Men should ejaculate directly when they have the urge to ejaculate. This is the most normal behavior for all men, and it will not harm their bodies.

If men hold back when they have the urge to ejaculate, it may also lead to various male diseases. When men have the urge to ejaculate, the cerebral cortex is often in an extremely excited state, which will then be transformed into excitement signals transmitted to the reproductive organs to release these excitement through ejaculation. However, since men actively hold back and do not ejaculate, these excitement stimuli cannot be released, which will damage the reproductive organs over time and cause some diseases such as impotence or other functional ejaculation disorders.

If a man holds back when he has the urge to ejaculate, it is very likely that semen will flow back into the reproductive organs, and even back into the bladder. If the semen flows back too often over time, it may cause damage to the organs along the way, and may induce inflammation and bacterial infections such as urethritis and seminal vesiculitis.
