The reason why glans inflammation has not healed

A strong and healthy male body is a symbol of strength, but many men also have problems that they cannot talk about, such as glansitis. The causes of glansitis are: too long foreskin, inadequate private cleaning, excessive masturbation or erosive sex life, etc. These are also the reasons why glansitis has not been cured. If long-term glansitis is not cured, it will seriously affect the health of male reproductive organs, cause urinary system diseases, and even lead to sexual dysfunction.

Reasons why glansitis cannot be cured for a long time

1. Suffering from prepuce or phimosis

The glans penis of a person with excessive foreskin is usually always wrapped in the foreskin and can only be exposed by hand. For a person with phimosis, even with the help of hands, the foreskin cannot be turned up to expose the glans penis. In this case, smegma is more likely to accumulate in the foreskin and is difficult to remove. Therefore, it is not surprising that patients with excessive foreskin or phimosis often suffer from balanitis.

2. Injury caused by masturbation

Young people have strong sexual desire and often masturbate. Sometimes masturbation is too rough, which can cause varying degrees of foreskin damage. Because of the high level of excitement during masturbation, the damage is relatively small and may not be noticed, but the wound on the foreskin is easily contaminated by bacteria, thus inducing balanitis.

3. Improper sexual behavior

Many cases of male urinary and reproductive system infections are related to this, increasing the chances of various infections and recurrences. Doctors remind that sexual intercourse should be avoided before balanitis is cured.

How to treat glans inflammation

1. Pay attention to hygiene: Men should clean their penis frequently, especially by turning up the foreskin and cleaning it thoroughly. Keeping the penis and the area under the foreskin clean and fresh is the most basic way to prevent balanitis in winter.

2. Avoid unclean sexual intercourse: In the care of glansitis, experts recommend that people with trichomoniasis should stop having sex, and then have the patient and his or her sexual partner examined and treated at the same time to avoid a recurrence of the disease.

3. Circumcision surgery: If the patient's glansitis often recurs and the foreskin is difficult to turn over for cleaning, then it should be considered whether circumcision surgery is needed to treat the disease.

4. Eat light food: Eating more light food that quenches thirst is beneficial to clearing away heat, promoting dampness and detoxifying, and can help men prevent balanitis.
