What are the symptoms of HPV in men?

Many people believe that cancer is caused by certain cell diseases in the body, so everyone mainly starts with the regulation of the body in terms of cancer prevention. In fact, there are many causes of cancer, and the above is only one aspect. More often, it is related to human virus infection. For example, human papillomavirus is a virus that can cause cancer. So, when men are infected with the virus, what symptoms will appear?

Symptoms of human papillomavirus in men: At the beginning of the disease, there are red millet-sized tumors, which are papular, nipple-shaped, cauliflower-shaped, and chicken comb-shaped. They are tender in nature, slightly pointed at the top, painless and itchy, and gradually grow or increase in number. The tumor base is slightly wide or has bands, and there are granules on the surface. It is moist or bleeding. There is often pus concentrated between the granules, which emits a foul odor. Scratching can cause suppuration.

Suggestions: If you are infected with a virus, you should choose the right method for diagnosis and treatment. Only by finding a method that can eliminate the virus will you have a chance to help the patient achieve the desired result. Currently, there are methods that can eliminate the virus and warts, but patients must choose carefully.

HPV infection of condyloma acuminatum is transmitted through sexual contact. Small wounds at the contact site can promote infection. All three types of squamous epithelium (skin, mucosa, metaplasia) are susceptible to HPV infection. Each type of HPV is associated with a specific clinical lesion, and each has its own predilection site for the squamous epithelium of the skin or mucosa. When shed surface cells or keratin fragments containing a relatively large number of viral particles enter the cracks of susceptible epithelium, infection may occur. It can be caused by direct contact or rarely by automatic inoculation or infection through contaminated underwear, bathtubs, bath towels, and bedpans.

After the virus infects the human body, it can lurk between basal keratinocytes and replicate in the epidermal cell layer. HPV invades the cell nucleus, causing rapid cell division, accompanied by the reproduction and spread of virus particles, forming characteristic papilloma. The late gene expresses structural polypeptides, that is, structural protein assembly particles appear. The virus is mainly concentrated in the cell nucleus in the granular layer. There is an increase in concave cells in the granular layer of the epidermis. Normal epithelial cells in histology also have HPV. Residual DNA after treatment can often lead to recurrence of the disease.

HPV causes warts on the skin and proliferative lesions on the pharyngeal, perianal, and genital mucosa. The virus type is a small DNA virus. Most of the lesions caused by HPV infection are benign and can disappear on their own, but there are also cases of deterioration. For example, there are reports of squamous cell carcinomas forming on the perianal and genital mucosa. There are also rare hereditary skin diseases, such as epidermal dysplasia verrucosum (EV), which is secondary to skin cancer, and HPV has been detected in cancer cells.

Human papillomavirus belongs to the genus Papillomavirus of the family Papovaviridae, which includes papillomaviruses of various animals and human papillomavirus (HPV). HPV can cause various benign papillomas or warts on human skin and mucous membranes, and some types of infection are potentially carcinogenic.
