What are the symptoms of testicular stones?

Stones are the most common symptom. Stones may appear in many parts of the body due to the patient's own physical constitution, eating habits or living habits. Different parts have different symptoms. In addition to common gastric stones and kidney stones, testicular stones are also a symptom that cannot be ignored. If a patient has testicular stones but does not know it, he may miss the best treatment time and affect the final treatment effect. Let us learn about the symptoms of kidney stones.

1Clinical manifestations

The main clinical manifestations of testicular stones include general stone poisoning symptoms, malaise, and low fever, as well as mild local testicular pain and a feeling of dropping. It is difficult to diagnose in the early stage. A few cases are acute, and epididymal stones are often present. It can manifest as enlarged testicles, obvious pain, and a slightly hard and smooth texture. Sometimes accompanied by thickening of the vas deferens, nodules can be touched, or they can be beaded. When combined with testicular hydrocele, the testicles can be touched to feel cystic and significantly enlarged. When there are prostate and seminal vesicle stones at the same time, the patient may have frequent urination, urgency, pain, low libido, impotence, spermatorrhea, premature ejaculation, and hematospermia. The treatment of testicular stones should also follow a regular anti-stone treatment plan.

2 Treatment

Early diagnosis and treatment are the key to successful treatment. In the early stage, testicular enlargement, dull pain or mild tenderness, weak erection, and premature ejaculation may occur. Systemic symptoms are not obvious or may include mild fatigue. The diagnosis of testicular stones mainly relies on symptoms, signs, blood tests, and other local examinations. In the later stage, due to the formation of caseous necrosis and cold abscesses caused by testicular stones, sinus ducts are formed after rupture, and if they do not heal for a long time, surgical treatment is required. Total or partial orchiectomy is the root cause of organic impotence.

Patients with testicular stones will experience frequent urination, urgent and painful urination, and will suffer from sexual dysfunction, impotence and premature ejaculation. These symptoms must be taken seriously and treated early. Rectal examination or X-ray examination can reveal the shadow of stones in the seminal vesicle.

3. Not too serious

If you have testicular stones and the stones are not very big and there are no uncomfortable symptoms, then no treatment is needed. However, if your symptoms are very obvious and the water conservation in the harbor is already very large, then you can treat it by the location of the stone and then perform surgery. If the symptoms are more serious, you need to contact the disease to treat it. You must drink more water at ordinary times to prevent the stones from growing.
