What are the methods of massage to nourish the kidney and strengthen yang?

Many men are troubled by kidney deficiency. The kidney is a very important organ that can eliminate all kinds of unnecessary toxins in our body. When male patients have kidney deficiency, they will easily feel tired and weak, and will also have back pain, and sometimes it will affect the patient's sexual function. There are many types of people who cause patients to have kidney deficiency. It may be due to the long-term use of some anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs by the patient, or drinking a lot of beverages, which can also easily cause kidney deficiency in the patient. When kidney deficiency occurs, some massage methods can be used to nourish the kidney and strengthen yang, which has a certain effect on patients.

The Yongquan acupoint massage method can have an immediate effect on neurasthenia, dizziness and other symptoms caused by kidney deficiency. Yongquan acupoint is a major acupoint on the kidney meridian. The kidney is the basis of life. Massaging the Yongquan acupoint can strengthen and nourish the kidney. When the kidney function is enhanced, the diseases caused by kidney deficiency will be adjusted and disappear. The first step is to sit in a relaxed and calm manner. Prepare a seat that is about the same height as your calf. According to the requirements of Qigong relaxation and tranquility, sit on it (do not sit forward or backward, just sit two-thirds of the way). Spread your feet about the width of your shoulders and keep two 90 degrees, that is, the calf and the foot are 90 degrees, and the thigh and the body are 90 degrees. Keep your upper body straight, chest in and back straight, shoulders dropped and elbows relaxed, armpits empty and waist loose, hands flat on thighs, fingertips forward and slightly inward, eyes slightly closed while looking straight ahead, lick the upper palate with tongue (lightly lick between teeth and gums with tongue tip), quiet your mind, relax your whole body, and silently recite 60 numbers, counting from 1 to 60 in order, 1 per second. Step 2: After silently reciting 60 times for the three Qi breathings in Zhongdantian, slowly raise your hands from your thighs to the front of your lower abdomen. For men, place the palm of your left hand, i.e. the Nei Laogong point, on the Qihai point two horizontal fingers below your umbilicus. For women, place the palm of your right hand, i.e. the Nei Laogong point, on the back of your left hand, i.e. the Wailaogong point (the order of the left and right hands is the opposite for women). If required, place your hands properly and start doing three Qi breathings. The breathing method is to inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. When inhaling, lick the upper palate with your tongue, and when exhaling, put your tongue down. Do this three times for one inhalation and one exhalation. After each breath, add a natural breath (that is, add a short breath of inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the nose, and lick the upper palate with your tongue when inhaling and exhaling). Step 3: After finishing the three Qi breathings, no matter where your hands are, move them to the front of your lower abdomen (at the Qihai point below your umbilicus, your hands should be 10 cm away from your body), and then start doing three openings and closings. The general practice for patients with chronic diseases is: fingertips of both hands facing forward, backs of hands facing each other (backs of both hands touching each other), palms swing outward and open to about shoulder width, then close together with fingertips facing forward, palms facing each other and returning to the front of the middle dantian, one opening and one closing counts as one time, do this three times in total.

Generally speaking, when patients have kidney deficiency, the first choice is some kidney-tonifying drugs, but long-term use is likely to cause certain side effects to patients. Therefore, patients can choose massage methods to effectively tonify the kidney and strengthen yang. Patients can often rub the waist with their hands, and can also massage the waist. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment is very effective for strengthening yang and can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms. Moreover, this method not only has good results, but also does not bring side effects to the body.
