How long does it take to discharge semen?

For a healthy and perfect man, the amount of semen discharged each time is generally 1-6ml. One is that some young men masturbate frequently in order to vent their sexual desires; the other is that couples have frequent sex, especially during the marriage period when sexual desires are strong, and ejaculate for several days or several times a day, and the frequency of ejaculation is too high. After a man ejaculates, it usually takes 1-2 days to return to normal, but if he ejaculates frequently, he will have a "high demand" deficiency situation. The density of sperm discharged each time will naturally increase. The low semen caused by the above two conditions is not a symptom, and there is no need to worry. It can be cured by increasing the time interval between ejaculations.

When you find that the amount of semen is too small, you can naturally measure it, that is, purposefully abstain from sex for 5-7 days, during which time, you can have sexual intercourse but not have sex. Then ejaculate again. If the sperm density continues to increase, it can rule out the possibility of male reproductive organ disease. If the situation remains the same or the amount of ejaculation is even smaller, it may be suspected of physiological oligoejaculation.

According to clinical medical measurements, less than 1.5ml of semen is considered oligospermia. It not only affects male sexual function immediately, but is also a cause of male infertility. The cause of too little ejaculation may be abnormal testicular function, endocrine disorder, seminal vesicle and prostate disease, or urethral stenosis. You should go to the doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

It is also a psychological distortion to discharge more than 7ml of semen each time. It is mostly caused by inflammation of the seminal vesicle. The essence of excessive semen is excessive metabolism or exudation of semen, and the amount of semen has not changed. This will obviously lead to a decrease in the relative density of semen and affect the chance of pregnancy. The idea that the more semen you have, the healthier you are or the more likely you are to get pregnant is a mistake.

Ejaculation is a normal male sexual function. Sometimes too much or too little ejaculation should not be considered abnormal. Regular ejaculation not only affects health, but also helps basic metabolism. If you focus on not ejaculating, it will also deteriorate and die in the reproductive system.
