What are the traditional methods for treating prostate?

5. Chinese yam porridge

30g of Smilax glabra (100g of fresh), 100g of rice. When making, first wash the Smilax glabra, peel it, cut it into slices (if it has been dried and cut into slices, this step can be skipped), put it in a clay pot, boil it over medium heat for about 30 to 40 minutes, and take the juice.
