What causes scrotal pain?

3. Scrotitis . Scrotal inflammation is also a cause of testicular pain in men. The scrotum is responsible for the growth and development of sperm, and also for the temporary storage of sperm. 4. Other inflammatory diseases. The causes of male testicular pain include other inflammatory diseases, such as prostatitis, male endocrine disorders, urinary tract infections, etc. The presence of these diseases can cause male testicular pain.
