After ejaculation, the urethra is stinging. What is the problem?

If a male friend feels a stinging sensation at the urethra after ejaculation, it may be caused by some disease, or it may be caused by excessive sexual activity. 1. Urinary stones: Male urethral stones are common diseases. When suffering from cystitis, urethritis, and prostatitis, the muscles of these organs contract rhythmically during ejaculation, which is a mechanical stimulation to the inflammatory lesions, causing severe pain. Some patients may also experience painful spermatorrhea.

3. Tumor: Malignant tumors of male urogenital organs will mostly cause ejaculation pain. For example, when tumors occur in the testicles, epididymis, prostate, etc., they compress or block the ejaculatory duct, causing pain during ejaculation. However, the pain is relatively mild, mostly dull pain and soreness. Although the chances of tumors occurring in the seminal vesicles and vas deferens are low, the progression of the disease is mostly hidden.

4. Excessive sexual intercourse: Excessive sexual intercourse often causes aseptic inflammation of the vas deferens, seminal vesicles and urethra, causing these organs to become congested and swollen. During ejaculation, the smooth muscles contract, stimulating these congested organs and causing pain.

5. Other diseases: People with penile sclerosis will experience pain during intercourse when the penis is erect, which worsens during ejaculation. People with urethral stenosis will experience poor semen discharge, and the urethra will try to force out semen, which will also cause pain. In addition, male urinary tuberculosis and urethral polyps can also cause ejaculation pain.
