Causes of left varicocele

TCM pathogenesis:

The pathogenesis of this disease is mostly caused by liver and kidney deficiency, multiple sexual disharmony, and blood stasis. The main symptoms are closely related to the kidney meridians. The disease is caused by factors such as sexual fatigue, emotional disturbance, or dampness and heat in the lower part of the body, which cause blood and qi circulation obstruction and tendon deficiency. The foot Jueyin meridian runs through the genitals, and the liver governs the tendons; the tendons of the foot Shaoyin are knotted in the genitals, and the kidney governs defecation and urination. Therefore, liver and kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation are the essential pathological basis of the disease. Over time, blood stasis stagnates, the meridians are blocked, and even multiple sexual intercourse is entangled and manifested, which is the characteristic of syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease.
