What are the symptoms of vas deferens?

The occurrence of vas deferens may cause obvious pain and tenderness. Some patients may also have symptoms of increased white blood cell count and fever. Therefore, it is necessary to judge and understand these symptoms of vas deferens and take treatment measures in time.

1. Acute vas deferens is mainly manifested by obvious pain and tenderness in the vas deferens, which may be accompanied by fever and increased white blood cell count.

(ii) Subacute and chronic vas deferens are mainly manifested by thickening and hardening of the vas deferens, which is like a beaded tubercle and may be painful or tender. It is often necessary to combine systemic symptoms or lesions of adjacent organs, such as the testicles, epididymis, seminal vesicles, and prostate, to make a correct diagnosis.

(III) Granulomatous vas deferens often occurs after vasectomy and vasectomy, and a painless mass can be seen in the vas deferens.

Clinical manifestations

(1) Acute vas deferens causes swelling and pain in the scrotum on the affected side, red and swollen skin, and pain radiating to the abdomen and thigh root on the same side, often causing the patient to bend over and hold his abdomen. There is local tenderness in the scrotum and obvious tenderness in the vas deferens. In severe cases, there may be fever and purulent lesions may form around the vas deferens.

(2) Chronic vas deferens causes swelling, pain or redness on the affected side of the scrotum, with pain radiating to the abdomen and thigh. The clinical symptoms are milder than those of acute vas deferens, with a slow onset and a history of recurrent attacks. It is often accompanied by testicular and epididymitis. Physical examination shows that the scrotal section of the vas deferens is thickened and hardened. In severe cases, the vas deferens is adhered to the surrounding area, the levator testis is tense, and the scrotum and testicles are retracted. Vas deferens nodules that occur after vas deferens injury or vasectomy develop from the nodule to both ends, with the vas deferens thickened or adhered. The nodules can be painful or asymptomatic.
