Why don't men ejaculate?

During sexual intercourse, men usually end with ejaculation as climax, but if they do not ejaculate for a long time, they may need to pay attention to understand the reasons, such as the existence of some organic diseases or some mental and emotional factors, which may affect men's ejaculation.

1. Primary anejaculation

Patients who have never ejaculated while awake have primary absolute anejaculation, which is caused by sexual ignorance or sexual inhibition, but they usually have nocturnal emission. 4. Female factors. The female is afraid of pain during intercourse, vaginal abrasion, cervicitis, and cystitis, so she restricts the male from thrusting; the female has a poor physical condition and is bored with sexual activity, which frustrates the male's sexual impulse.
