Add the squid rings and cook until they change color; 10. Add the chili and stir-fry evenly; 11. Thicken the sauce with a thin starch, add MSG, and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens before serving.

1: 1. Remove the internal organs of the whole squid and clean it. Chop the ginger and garlic seeds into fine pieces, cut the dried chili into small pieces, and set aside the star anise. 2. Heat the oil pan and add the ginger, garlic paste and dried chili to sauté. 3. Add the cleaned squid and fry it briefly in the oil until the surface of the meat becomes hard. 4. Add the appropriate amount of cooking wine, rock sugar, star anise, and soy sauce, and finally pour cold water to cover the squid and bring to a boil over high heat. 5. After boiling over high heat, cook until the soup is reduced, add MSG and remove from the pan. 1: Ingredients: squid, green onion, ginger, peppercorns Seasoning: tea seed oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, cooking wine, chicken essence

2: 1. Wash the squid with cold water, drain and cut into strips; 2. Slice the scallion and ginger, add oil to a hot pan, add the scallion and ginger strips, sauté until fragrant, add a little salt, sugar, vinegar, and light soy sauce to make a sweet and sour taste, add a drop of sesame oil, and finally sprinkle with chicken essence; 3. Pour the hot oil over the squid strips and mix well.
