For patients with spermatocyst cysts caused by ejaculatory duct stenosis or closure, transurethral ejaculatory duct incision or spermatocystectomy should be performed.

1: Treatment by puncture and injection of antibiotics: Puncture of the cyst and injection of anhydrous alcohol or tetracycline solution can shrink the cyst.

It depends on the patient's condition. If the cyst is relatively small, conservative treatment methods can be used. If it is large, surgery is required.
