1. Prone

4. Running in place

You don't even have to run, just swing your arms and legs in place. If you're too lazy, just swing your arms. It's similar to chest expansion exercise, but the effect is less. Just "run" for 10 minutes every day.

5. Double Bar Dips

To train the chest muscles, you can do the parallel bar arm curl and extension, supporting the whole body on the parallel bars. Do the curl and extension exercise. The effect is very good. In the dormitory, you can stand on the plank with your arms, lift your legs, and do the arm curl and extension exercise. The effect is more obvious. 30 sets, two sets a day.

6. Fist pump

How to train chest muscles the fastest? Punching is also a good choice. Just punch the air. The effect is also very obvious. Just punch the machine 200 to 300 times.
