1. Clear away heat and dampness

Choose foods that clear away heat and promote diuresis, such as mung beans, adzuki beans, amaranth, shepherd's purse, horsetail, wax gourd, cucumber, asparagus, etc. Eat less fish, shrimp, beef, mutton and spicy foods.

2. Vitamins and Minerals

Eat more foods rich in vitamins and minerals, such as leafy vegetable juice, carrot juice, fresh fruit juice, tomato juice, vegetable puree, fruit puree, etc., to regulate the baby's physiological functions and reduce skin allergies.

3. Light food
