It is recommended to keep the feet warm and avoid being blown directly by cold wind. It is best to wear rain boots when it rains. Even in summer, the elderly should try to wear a pair of thin cotton socks or breathable stockings to build a "barrier" between the skin and shoes to prevent the feet from getting cold.
