If you have high blood sugar and high blood lipids, you can eat these foods

People with high blood sugar and high blood lipids must pay more attention to their diet. There are many foods that these people cannot eat. So what should people with high blood lipids and high blood sugar eat? Knowing more about these can effectively stabilize your own blood sugar and blood lipids.

High blood sugar and high blood lipid diet precautions

1. Staple food

Generally, rice and noodles are the main foods, but we prefer coarse grains, such as oats, cereal, cornmeal, etc., because these foods contain more inorganic salts and vitamins, and are rich in dietary fiber. Dietary fiber has the effect of lowering blood sugar and is beneficial to controlling blood sugar.

2. Soybeans

Soybeans and their products, on the one hand, contain high-quality protein; on the other hand, they do not contain cholesterol and have a lipid-lowering effect, so they can replace some animal foods, such as meat.

3. Vegetables

Boil it in water and add some seasonings to mix and eat. Vegetables are essential foods for diabetics because they contain a lot of dietary fiber and water, have low heat energy, and have a satiety effect.

1. Food: white sugar, brown sugar, glucose and sugar-based sweets, such as candy, cakes, jam, preserves, ice cream, sweet drinks, etc. In addition, potatoes, yams, taro, lotus roots, garlic sprouts, carrots, etc., which are high in carbohydrates, should be used less or the corresponding staple food should be reduced after consumption.

2. Use less or no lard, tallow, kerosene, butter, etc. that are rich in saturated fatty acids. Vegetable oil can be used to replace part of the animal oil. Peanuts, walnuts, sesame seeds, and melon seeds also contain a lot of fat. Try not to eat them, eat less, or reduce oil intake.

3. Egg yolks and animal offal such as liver, brain, and kidneys contain high levels of cholesterol and should be used as little as possible or not at all.

4. Fruits contain glucose and fructose, which can increase blood sugar levels. Therefore, when blood and urine sugar levels are relatively stable, fasting blood sugar <7.8mmol/L or 2-hour postprandial blood sugar <10mmol/L, you can eat fruits between meals or before going to bed, but you should also reduce the corresponding staple food.

5. Alcohol mainly contains alcohol, which is highly heat-producing but contains very little other nutrients, so it is best not to drink it.
