Being a man is just tiring. This sentence may reveal the thoughts of many men. Yes, being a man is not easy. Not only do they have to work hard at work, but they also have to play the role of a "good man" in life. However, sometimes they are troubled by male problems, such as varicocele. How should we prevent and treat this type of disease? How to treat varicose veins of the testis? First, let us understand why varicose veins of the left testis are more common. (1) The blood in the left internal spermatic vein first flows into the left renal vein, then turns to the left renal vein and flows into the inferior vena cava to reach the heart. The blood in the right internal spermatic vein flows directly into the inferior vena cava without the trouble of turning. The route is shorter than that of the left side, so the blood return on the right side is smoother. (2) The blood in the left internal spermatic vein crosses the spine and flows into the inferior vena cava. It has a long journey and may be compressed by the sigmoid colon and the internal spermatic artery that bypasses the renal vein. The pulsation of the superior mesenteric artery, abdominal aorta, and common iliac artery continuously impacts the left renal vein and internal spermatic vein, blocking the blood return of the left internal spermatic vein. (3) The left internal spermatic vein anastomoses with the left renal vein at a right angle, while the right internal spermatic vein anastomoses with the inferior vena cava at an oblique angle, allowing for relatively smooth blood flow. (4) There are multiple venous valves in the spermatic vein, which can prevent blood from flowing back. However, there is no valve at the junction of the left internal spermatic vein and the left renal vein, which makes it easy for blood in the left renal vein to flow back to the left internal spermatic vein, thus hindering blood return. How to treat left varicocele: Mild varicocele without symptoms does not require treatment. Dietary precautions A reasonable diet in daily life is beneficial to the recovery of the disease. 1. Eat more low-fat, low-calorie foods, such as fresh vegetables, fruits, grains, moderate lean meat, skim milk, chicken protein, etc., especially green vegetables, kelp, jellyfish, seaweed, fungus, soy products and foods containing vitamins B and C, which are beneficial to the disease. 2. Varicose veins are generally treated with a light, easily digestible and nutritious diet. 3. Eat more foods rich in vitamin E: Eating more foods containing vitamin E can improve blood circulation and reduce the heaviness of the legs. Foods rich in vitamin E include: cabbage, spinach, kale, wheat sprouts, nuts, soybeans, whole wheat, coarse grains, eggs, etc. |
