1. Self-association method:

Imagine a beautiful scene before going to sleep. Don't let your mind wander when you lie down. Close your eyes and imagine a vast universe in your mind (or you can choose something you like). There is nothing in this universe, only countless shining stars. You look at these stars and feel that they are so beautiful... just look at them slowly... and before you know it, you fall asleep.

2. Food to help you sleep:

4. Books and movies can help you sleep:

Choose a book or movie that you think is boring. If you can't fall asleep in bed, you can prepare a book that you think you don't like to read or is extremely boring by the bed and read it carefully. For example, I hate reading history books the most. I want to fall asleep after reading a few pages carefully. Or watch some movies with a particularly slow pace and monotonous plot. You may feel sleepy after watching them for a while.

For those who have difficulty falling asleep for a long time, exercise is a very good method. Doing yoga, running, jumping rope, and playing badminton are all very good choices, but remember not to do too intense exercise.
