What to do if you have pain after ejaculation?

The pain caused by any disease is unbearable for people, but our body will always be invaded by some diseases, whether in sex or other aspects, so what should we do about the pain after ejaculation? It is best not to have sex again, so that the pain can be relieved to a certain extent. What other methods are there? Next, let us learn about what to do about the pain after ejaculation?

Ejaculation pain refers to the pain in the penis, urethra, perineum and lower abdomen during ejaculation. The main causes of ejaculation pain include: excessive sexual activity, genital inflammation (spermatocystitis, prostatitis, posterior urethritis, etc.), urinary stones, urinary tumors, etc. In addition, excessive sexual excitement and strong and rough movements can also cause ejaculation pain.

Clinically, it is very common for men to feel pain during sex for various reasons. There are several types of pain, such as foreskin stinging, groin cramps during ejaculation, perineum and lumbosacral pain after ejaculation, and urethral burning pain during urination after ejaculation. Ejaculation pain is mainly related to genital tract infections and inflammations, such as prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis. Stone obstruction and congenital obstruction of the ejaculatory duct can also cause ejaculation pain. The former can be relieved by controlling the infection, and the latter can be cured by surgery.

It is not uncommon for men to experience mild, short-term discomfort in the perineum and lumbosacral region after ejaculation, which can usually be relieved on its own. Only when the pain is severe and lasts for a long time is it considered pathological. Reproductive tract infection and inflammation, (bone) pelvic floor muscle ligament congestion and inflammation, etc. may cause this condition. Anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs are usually required, and physical therapy can also be performed.

Most men may experience thin urine and urethral burning pain when urinating after ejaculation, which usually subsides within a few minutes to tens of minutes. If the pain persists for too long, the possibility of urethral or prostate infection should be considered, and corresponding examinations are required.

1. Having sex too frequently

Frequent sexual intercourse often causes aseptic inflammation of the vas deferens, seminal vesicles and urethra, causing these organs to become congested and swollen. During ejaculation, the smooth muscles contract, stimulating these congested organs and causing pain.

Excessive excitement during sex and strong and rough movements can also cause ejaculation pain.

Too frequent sexual intercourse, excessive indulgence in newlyweds, especially soreness in the perineum or scrotum after sexual intercourse during the day.

2. Genital organ tumors

Most malignant tumors of the male urogenital organs can cause pain during ejaculation. For example, when tumors occur in the testicles, epididymis, prostate, etc., they compress or block the ejaculatory duct, causing pain during ejaculation.

However, the pain is mild, mostly dull pain and soreness. Although the chances of tumors in the seminal vesicles and vas deferens are low, the progression of the disease is often hidden. Therefore, this pain should be taken seriously.

3. Genital inflammation

Lower urinary tract infection is the most common cause of painful ejaculation in men.

For patients with cystitis, urethritis, and prostatitis, the muscles of these organs contract rhythmically during ejaculation, which is a mechanical stimulation to the inflammatory lesions, causing severe pain. Some patients may also experience painful spermatorrhea.

4. Male urethral stones

Male urethral stones are common. When small stones are lodged in the posterior urethra, especially in the opening of the ejaculatory duct, these parts will contract and peristalsis during ejaculation, squeezing the stones and causing pain. If there are stones in the prostate or seminal vesicles, these parts will also contract during ejaculation, causing pain.

What to do if you have pain after ejaculation? By answering this question, we can learn a lot of methods.
