Primary hydrocele has a short course, small amount of effusion, low tension in the capsule, no obvious symptoms, no testicular atrophy and male infertility, and no treatment is required. For traumatic effusion or acute inflammatory effusion, the primary disease is the main treatment, and local hot compresses, physical therapy, etc. can be used to promote absorption.
