Whether male or female, their reproductive organs are particularly susceptible to diseases. In life, some men will have some small fleshy particles on their glans. Many people do not know about it and often mistake it for condyloma acuminatum. In fact, there are many male diseases in clinical practice that can cause small fleshy particles to appear near the glans, among which pearly rash is a common cause. So how to treat pearly rash to eliminate the small fleshy particles near the glans? Now let me tell you! Pearly penile papules are more common in men around 20-30 years old. The damage mainly occurs at the junction of the edge of the glans and the coronal sulcus and/or the frenulum. The damage is 1-3mm in size, and the damage is larger on both sides of the frenulum. The top of the papule is round and smooth, and some papules are hairy or filamentous. The papules are mostly not fused, and are densely arranged in one or more rows. They are obvious on the dorsal side of the glans and can partially or completely surround the glans. If patients with pearly rash require treatment, the following treatment methods can be used: (1) Advantages of laser therapy: Laser therapy is a high-temperature treatment with a temperature of over 700°C. It mainly carbonizes and scabs the pearly tissue. After the scab falls off, the wound surface is covered with new squamous epithelium. The treatment of pearly rash generally uses a carbon dioxide laser with a wavelength of 10.6μm infrared light. Disadvantages: The cost is high, and the imported laser equipment is expensive, so the price of removing pearly rash is also high and it is easy to relapse. After the operation, you need to change the dressing regularly to avoid infection until you are fully recovered. (2) Advantages of cryotherapy: Cryotherapy is a type of ultra-low temperature treatment. The cooling source is liquid nitrogen, with a temperature of -196°C. During treatment, the appropriate probe should be selected according to the condition of the pearly rash. To improve the efficacy, the freeze-thaw-freeze method can be used, that is, freeze for 1 minute, thaw for 3 minutes, and freeze again for 1 minute. Disadvantages: Liquid nitrogen sprays out gas, and the area is difficult to control. It is easy to cause blisters, infection, and scarring after freezing. It is not as well-known as laser therapy. The methods mentioned above for treating pearly rash are all common clinical measures. Although they can treat pearly rash, they also have some treatment disadvantages, so you should be cautious when choosing. In fact, to treat pearly rash, you should not only go to the hospital but also pay more attention to daily care. Not only should you change your underwear frequently, but you should also pay attention to personal private hygiene and wash it every day. |
