Why do testicles sometimes hurt?

The testicle is a very important organ for male patients, and it has a certain relationship with the formation of sperm and the normal sexual function of patients. The testicle is often vulnerable to some diseases. For example, it is easy to have orchitis, or testicular tumors, and testicular varicose veins. Therefore, if the patient has testicular pain, it is important to pay attention to early treatment. In addition, there are many reasons for the patient's testicular pain. Generally speaking, patients cannot take their own medicine to prevent delays in the disease.

The main causes of orchitis in patients are: 1. Varicose veins 2. Chronic epididymitis 3. Spermatic cord torsion 4. Hydrocele of the testis 5. Epididymal tuberculosis, etc. Of course, there are also physiological causes, such as love, hugging, kissing, and close dancing, which can all serve as sexual stimulation, through the senses of vision, hearing, and touch, reflexively causing the excitement of the cerebral cortex's sexual center. The cerebral cortex transmits the excitement to the spinal cord, which on the one hand excites the spinal cord's center that controls genital erection, causing penile erection, and on the other hand increases the secretions of the glands and ducts of the reproductive system, and a large amount of secretions (mainly prostatic fluid, seminal vesicle fluid, etc.) accumulate in the seminal vesicle, vas deferens, epididymis and its urethra. At this time, if the couple has sex, these secretions will form semen and be ejected together with sperm through ejaculation. However, if there is no sexual intercourse, these secretions cannot be ejected, and the semen is full but cannot overflow. In this way, the prostate, vas deferens and epididymis will be passively expanded, stimulating the nerves of these organs and causing bloating reflexively.

The hidden pain in the testicles of male patients may be caused by physiological factors or pathological factors. Generally speaking, when patients have hidden pain in the testicles, they are often ignored by male patients. In fact, this is a sign of testicular inflammation. If the testicles have serious lesions, it will affect the patient's normal reproductive function and sexual function. In addition, many diseases may cause testicular pain in patients. Some people have rough nerves and the pain is not very obvious, so the disease is often delayed.
