Of course, circumcision surgery requires sutures at the end. Vaseline gauze is usually used to bandage the wound. If the foreskin is too long, you must remember to circumcise it, because if it is not circumcised, the part where the foreskin connects to the glans penis will be difficult to clean, and a lot of smegma will accumulate inside, which will make it easy for bacteria to breed and multiply, making it easy to get diseases such as balanitis or glansitis.
