Massage the man's acupoints every day to easily nourish the kidneys and strengthen the yang

There are many "man's points" in traditional Chinese medicine. Spending a few minutes on them every day and persisting for a long time can help nourish the kidneys and strengthen yang.

Rubbing ears

Recommendation index: ★★★★★

Massaging the auricle can regulate kidney function.

Rub the auricle with the palms of your hands that have been warmed, then rub the auricle with your thumb and index finger for 3 minutes. Then use both hands to pull the upper part of the auricle on the opposite side through the top of the head 12 to 18 times alternately.

Waist rubbing

Recommendation index: ★★★★★

The waist is the home of the kidneys. Stimulating the Shenshu point and Mingmen point can strengthen the waist and kidneys.

Rub your hands together to warm them up, and place them on the Shenshu points on both sides (1.5 inches lateral to the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra). Then, rub your waist left and right, or up and down, with the Mingmen point (waist, on the posterior midline, in the depression below the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra) and the Shenshu point as the center.

Rub Dantian

Recommendation index: ★★★★

This Dantian is the lower Dantian, which is most closely related to the life activities of the human body. It can strengthen the spleen and qi, soften the liver and nourish the kidneys.

Rub your hands together to warm them up, place your right palm on the "Qi Chong" point on the outside of the right pubic tubercle, about 2 inches away from the midline, and move your left palm in a circular motion around the umbilicus in the direction of the peristalsis of the large intestine.

Rub Yongquan

Recommendation index: ★★★★

Yongquan is the well point of the Kidney Meridian of Foot Shaoyin. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the menstrual water of the kidney meridian in the body gushes out from this point, so it can open the orifices and calm the mind, and connect the heart and kidney.

Take Yongquan acupoint (in the depression at the front of the foot, 1/3 of the front line between the second and third toe crease and the heel) as the center, use the middle and index finger of the left hand to rub the right sole with a little force, then use the right hand to rub the left sole until the soles of the feet become warm.
