The male reproductive organ is a very important part, and the male reproductive organ is very fragile. If you don't pay attention to it, it will cause some diseases. For example, genital warts are a very easy to get sexually transmitted disease, but many people do not understand the symptoms of genital warts, and it is easy to confuse them with other diseases, thus missing the best time for treatment. Male condyloma acuminatum is often found on the frenulum, coronal sulcus, foreskin, urethra, penis, and rarely on the penis body. It can also occur around the anus and rectum, and even in the mouth. The initial symptoms of condyloma acuminatum are small light red papules, which gradually increase in size and number, and are distributed singly or in clusters. They are moist and soft, with an uneven surface, and are papillary, cockscomb or cauliflower-like protrusions. However, most of them are brittle and hard, with uneven wart-like hyperplasia. Clinically, they are divided into mushroom-like, cauliflower-like, and papillary-like according to their morphology. At the same time, male condyloma acuminatum grows like cockscomb. If not treated in time, the warts will gradually increase in size. Some will become large cauliflower-shaped with a stalk at the base; some will fuse together to become large lumps, light gray in color, with a papilloma-like surface, and may have erosions, ulcers, and secretions. Secondary infection may cause a foul odor. There is often a pedicle at the root, and it is easy to produce erosion and exudate, and it is easy to bleed when touched. There is often accumulation of purulent secretions between the cracks of skin lesions, resulting in a foul odor. Some patients experience genital itching, pain or bleeding during sexual intercourse as early symptoms of condyloma acuminatum. Conscious or unconscious scratching can cause the wart to break, form erosion, produce exudate and cause secondary infection. This disease is usually asymptomatic, but some patients may experience a foreign body sensation, pain, itching, or pain during sexual intercourse. Condyloma acuminatum in the rectum may cause pain, blood in the stool, and a feeling of tenesmus. In fact, the disease of genital warts can be diagnosed at home. If there is any abnormality in the body, and it is consistent with some of the above conditions, you should actively go to the hospital to see a doctor for treatment. The longer you delay, the more serious the disease will be, and the difficulty of treatment will also increase, so it must be discovered and treated early. |
